I’m are looking for ways how to limit bandwidth usage per peer on textroom plugin.
I wouldn’t want to go in the direction of introducing limits per message as messages are variable sizes and the main motivation behind this is to have a configurable upper limit for bandwidth usage per peer.
Also I’m trying to avoid introducing some kind of limiting inside the end user application as that could be reverse engineered and removed fairly easily.
Is it possible to introduce some kind of limiting on Janus? Does any plugin support any kind of constraints on data channels?
