What if I didn’t connect my camera on the desktop but still want to let other people know I’m in?
if you are talking about videoroom plugin, you can join a room without any negotiation.
Just create a room with “notify_joining” to true, and passive (aka not published) users will be added to the participant lists.
Notice that users that aren’t publishers will end up in a separate list, called attendees. More info in the documentation.
