Converting .mjr files to mp4 or other formats

I tried to follow documentation but got lost. Is there anyone who could guide me with .mjr files.

Thank you for your reply. I successfully accomplished that. But I have a scenario where i need to do reverse task i.e. converting .webm to .mjr. Can I convert .webm back to .mjr.
